Register before Friday 27th January for Earlybird rates.

Earlybird Registration: £130
Late Registration: £190

Registration includes tea and coffee breaks throughout the conference, the conference Icebreaker on Wednesday 5th April and a lunch and Conference Dinner on Thursday 6th April. 


How to register

You can register on our Registration page, and from there you will be directed to a secure PayPal site to complete your registration. Please note, we cannot confirm your registration until we have received payment.

AWE Student Conference Grants

In collaboration with AWE, we are pleased to be offering up to 8 conference grants for current MSc or Ph.D. students. The grants will cover the meeting registration costs, which include all tea and coffee breaks, lunch and a conference dinner.

Accommodation

There is a range of accommodation options in Reading to suit all budgets. Please click here to see a couple of options.


Venue

The conference will be held in the historical building of Reading Museum and Town Hall in the centre of Reading, only a 5-minute walk from the train station (map below). Please note there are no car parking facilities at the venue.

Reading can be reached easily by train, with frequent and fast connections to London Paddington, Bristol, Oxford, and many other destinations.

The nearest airports are:
London Gatwick
London Heathrow
Both have good road and rail links to Reading.

The conference will be spread over two rooms at the Town Hall; the talks will take place in Victoria Hall on the first floor, and the posters will be located in the 3Bs room on the ground floor.
